We have used A-Team Steam several times with small little water issues here and there, but nothing major. We recently had to deal with the devastating loss of our entire house flooding due to a burst water supply line behind one of our toilets. The first person We called, after composing ourselves was Steve with A-Team Steam. He was at our house in less than 20 minutes, doing assessments and determining where the water hit. Steve tore out our flooring, scheduled an abatement company to come out and tear out the drywall containing asbestos, all walls were cut 2 feet high, insulation removed, kitchen cabinets removed, tubs, toilets, everything. Steve dealt with advocating our needs to our adjuster and met with the adjuster and the contractor several times to discuss scope of work. His equipment is top notch and dried the house out quickly, which made it possible for reconstruction to take place. Steve with A-Team Steam is not just a carpet cleaner, he's a whole house restorer, a planner, an advocate and a team mate. We are back home now, and our home is more beautiful than before. This is a great company, I’m not afraid to say that is the best in town! Steve was referred by a close friend that was happy with his work too. He came out to dry our house as soon as we called him. He did everything that was supposed to be done as fast as possible: drying, tearing up and cleaning the mold in our kitchen after a flood from a clogged garbage disposal. He also helped us throughout the exhausting process to get the reconstruction bid to be approved. We didn’t know our rights as home owners and the insurance’s adjuster could’ve ripped us off with the budget if it wasn’t Steve’s knowledge. He is a great worker, honest and super friendly!
